ABOUT FLOURISH
Flourish was founded in August of 2016 because the founders saw such a great need in Cullman for helping individuals with differing abilities to live, work and play independently with a circle of support.

SERVICES OFFERED
The "Live" service consists of scheduled home visits with a Life Coach.

The "Work" Service consists of assessment, job readiness, job coaching, and long-term support. The "work" service is 100% funded through the Alabama Department of Rehabilitation Services.
The "Play" service supports Flourish of Cullman participants in learning to acquire and maintain meaningful relationships and pursue new friendships. Flourish of Cullman participants obtain the strong social skills. and confidence necessary to actively take part in social activities.
